We value our customers and are committed to providing quality support when things don’t go as planned. Below are some terms and conditions for the return, replacement, and repair of our products.

Return & Repair Policy inside the USA

Damaged/Incorrect Product: 

If you have taken delivery of a package and the contents have been damaged in transit, You can return the item(s) to us within 7 working days of delivery for a repair or replacement. Please retain all packaging and contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@dreamcontroller.com or +1(916)866-8293 immediately. Customer Service will issue a prepaid return label so that you can send the product back to us for free, please note that the prepaid return label will be valid for 15 days from the date of issue kindly ship the return back within this time frame.

Undamaged or Non-Defective Goods: 

All Dreamcontroller products are customized, we accept returns for all products, with an original box packaging in a good condition. You have 7 days, from the day of delivery, to return your controller to us. As all DreamController products are hydro-dipped, there is a 15% restocking fee for all products returned unless a returned item is defective, in this case, the restocking fee may be waived. DreamController has the right to deduct the restocking fee while issuing the refund. Please retain all packaging and contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@dreamcontroller.com or +1(916)866-8293 immediately. Customer Service will issue a prepaid return label so that you can send the product back to us for free, please note that the prepaid return is label will be valid for 15 days from the date of issue kindly ship the return back within this time frame.

Faulty Goods: 

If your product is not functioning properly or has stopped working due to some TECHNICAL ISSUES, You can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@dreamcontroller.com or +1(916)866-8293 immediately. Customer Service will issue a prepaid return label so that you can send the product back to us for free. Please note that the prepaid return is label will be valid for 15 days from the date of issue kindly ship the return back within this time frame.

For all orders that are past the 30-day window of delivery, are only eligible for repair service till 6 Months from the date of delivery. Please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@dreamcontroller.com immediately. Customer Service will issue a prepaid return label so that you can send the product back to us for free. Please note that the prepaid return is label will be valid for 15 days from the date of issue kindly ship the return back within this time frame.

Once the order is past the 6 months window, you can still send the product for repair services at an additional cost of $35 USD. Postage cost will be beared by the customer.

Your product is ineligible for repair service if it is damaged because of the following reason:

  • Thumbstick Drift
  • Thumbstick Assembly Damage
  • Severe physical damage to the controller
  • Water Damage

    Cancellation of Ordered Goods: 

    cancellation request if the order is shipped: If you want to cancel the order once it has been dispatched, Please reject the parcel at the time of delivery so it will automatically be returned back to us. We will issue a complete refund once the package will be returned back to us.

    Cancellation request if the order is not shipped: If you want to cancel the order immediately and it is not dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a complete refund.


    Return & Repair Policy outside the USA

    Please note if the order delivery address is not in the USA, the return shipping fee, custom fees or any other charges incurred for the product to cross the USA border, will be beared by the customer. DreamController has the right to deduct the restocking fee, return shipping fee, custom fees, or any other charges before processing the refund.

    What does the warranty not cover?

    Alteration of Dreamcontroller products will void the warranty, and will not be applicable if a defect has occurred due to:

    • Repairs, or alterations to the Dream controllers not authorized by us.
    • Drift problem.
    • The warranty does not cover mechanical damage or damage resulting from the incorrect use of the goods, in particular caused by hitting the controller, throwing it, or damage resulting from excessive pressure.
    • Water damage.
