REFUNDS
Within 30 Days From Delivery

    1. Non hydro-dipped products will be fully refunded if returned with the original packaging and complete.
    2. A 10% restocking fee will be charged for incomplete returns or returns with missing or damaged packaging.
    3. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all customized hydro-dipped products.
    4. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for damaged returns due to misuse, abuse, or any other signs of damage caused by the customer.
    5. Refunds will be issued within 72 hours upon the delivery of the return.
    6. Please contact us for all returns. Once we receive your notification, a prepaid return label will be provided for all returns within the US. All shipping costs to return the product will be paid by the customer if it is outside the US.

NOTE: Refunds are not applicable past 30 days from delivery.

CANCELLATION
If the order has not shipped yet, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund right away.

    1. If the order has shipped, please reject the package at the time of delivery. If unable to do so, please notify us that the package has been delivered so that we can send you a prepaid return label then ship the package back to us. You will be fully refunded within 72 hours upon the delivery of the return.

REPLACEMENT AND REPAIRS
Within 30 Days From Delivery

    1. Any product that is defective is eligible for replacement.
    2. Please contact us for all returns. Once we receive your notification, a prepaid return label will be provided for all returns within the US. All shipping costs to return the product will be paid by the customer if it is outside the US. 

Within 31 Days Up To 6 Months From Delivery

    1. We offer free repairs for customized hydro-dipped products.
    2. All shipping costs to return the product will be paid by the customer.

Past 6 Months From Delivery

    1. The customer will be charged for any customized hydro-dipped products that need to be repaired. The price will vary. Once we receive the product, we can assess it for free. Then you will be notified of the cost of the repair. We will proceed with the repair once we get your consent and payment.
    2. All shipping costs to return the product will be paid by the customer.

Customized Hydro-Dipped Product Issues That Cannot Be Repaired 

    1. Thumbstick drift
    2. Thumbstick assembly damage
    3. Severe physical damage 
    4. Water damage

NOTE: 

> We offer a free 30 day warranty for all replaced and repaired products from the time it is delivered.

>  Repairs are solely done by our company. We are not associated with any third party companies that offer repairs or extended warranties.Unauthorized alteration or repair of our customized hydro-dipped products will void the warranty and will no longer be eligible for our company repairs or refunds.
