I love this controller, I prefer it more than my elite series controller, I've made sure to keep it safe and have never spilled any drink or food on it. Just as of today my left thumbs tick will no longer work, I can use it to walk in video games but if I try to click it to sprint it isn't working. I love this controller and don't want to have to replace it, is there any I could send it back to the company to be fixed? I would greatly appreciate it.
Controller itself (standard version) works fine, no issues there.
I wish DreamController could successfully print the beautiful artwork they've designed.
First pass: on the front (picture #1), most of the window detail in the Hogwarts Castle silhouette was missing. (Compare the lower-left portion of the image, vs. the advertised art.) On the back (picture #2), the Ravenclaw crest is very noticeably titled off-center and distorted.
Second pass: the back is much improved, so kudos for that. The front (picture #3) is still missing all the same lower-left details, the alignment's slightly different and the color's slightly shifted to teal for some reason.
It's not bad, overall -- just doesn't live up to the advertised picture.
Have had the controller for about a month, it is the best controller I’ve ever had! Looks and feels great! Thanks again!
This product doesn't work properly it only had one side of the head set working, and the the controller is really cheap the battery dies really fast and has a very serious malfunction where the game isn't playable
